Checked in at 11 PM, but had to wait outside for someone to let us in. The room was super hot and the AC was broken. We moved to a third room with dirty sheets on the floor. Not impressed!

The area had good access to nearby stores and restaurants, making it convenient for families. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. I found hair in the bathroom and the bed linens were questionable at best. The smell of smoke permeated the non-smoking room, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The overall state of the hotel didn’t match the online photos, leading to a disappointing visit.

Had a great time with friends exploring the EdVenture Museum and catching a show at the Trustus Theatre. It's a perfect spot for making memories! It was convenient to get to local attractions and the staff were helpful overall. Just be aware that some rooms might need a bit of maintenance.
